What will happen after the inquiry?

・ We will conduct hearings based on your request. (Available by phone, visit, or email)
・ If we respond, it will take about one week to complete the survey report. We will submit a quote
・ Even if a partner company responds, we will submit the survey report schedule and estimate in about one week.
・ We will start preparing the survey report after the order is confirmed.

Is it costly to make inquiries, consultations, and quotations?

There is no cost for inquiries and consultations. We will consult with you about the cost when a specific investigation is required.

I'm worried about progress management.

Basically, we will report the situation by email every week based on the schedule submitted at the time of quotation. In addition to regular reports, we also hold review meetings as appropriate.

How long have you been in contract development?

We have more than 10 years of experience in contract development. Partner companies work with companies that have even longer experience.

How many design partners are you affiliated with?

In addition to our group companies Explorer Co., Ltd. and Wivicom Co., Ltd., we are affiliated with more than 30 design partner companies.

Specifications study

Can I request from the specification review?

Is possible. We have a lot of experience in studying specifications from the customer's product image and creating design specifications. It is also possible to consider selecting parts for commercialization from the design stage.

What kind of products can you develop?

We specialize in image processing for the medical, industrial, and broadcasting fields. In addition, we have design achievements such as OE / EO conversion and OFDM in the communication field. For security devices and IoT-related products, we also design terminal housings and perform certification tests.

Can I consult with you even if the feasibility is unclear?

How long does the development period take?

Depending on the specifications, it may take from one month to several years. We will respond based on your schedule.

Hardware design

Can I request FPGA development?

Is possible. We have many development achievements such as FPGA RTL design service and SoC type with built-in CPU. Please feel free to contact us using the inquiry form.

Is it possible to request the development of a board based on DSP?

Is possible. Group company Explorer Co., Ltd. is certified as a third party of DSP of ADI and TI.

Is it possible to design contracts related to IoT?

Is possible. Wivicom Co., Ltd., a group company, has a track record of designing sensor units that incorporate communication modules such as Wi-Fi and LPWA.

Software design

Is it possible to develop software?

Is possible. We have a track record of developing software for various ICs such as SoC-FPGA, DSP, and MCU. We also have a track record of PC-based software development.

Is it possible to develop firmware?

Is possible. We have a track record in driver / firmware development and OS support / porting. Please feel free to contact us using the inquiry form.

Is it possible to develop applications for PC?

Is possible. Depending on your request, we will respond in-house or at a partner company. If it is about GUI for PC, it is supported by our company, but big data analysis etc. will be supported by partner companies.

Can I develop smartphone apps (Android, iPhone) and tablet apps?

I'm not very good at smartphone apps. We have multiple achievements with partner companies for tablets compatible with Android.

Is it possible to develop a driver?

Regarding the driver, we recommend that you install the driver recommended by the manufacturer.

Board manufacturing

Is it possible to request a board circuit design?

Is possible. We can handle component selection, circuit design, AW design, SI analysis, PI analysis, etc. Please feel free to contact us using the inquiry form.

Is it possible to supply only raw boards?

Is possible. We do business with multiple board manufacturers, and we will make optimal proposals based on information such as board thickness and number of layers. Please feel free to contact us using the inquiry form.

Is it possible to handle evaluation tests and reliability tests?

Is possible. We are affiliated with multiple manufacturing companies and are aware of the test environment of each company. We can also propose the design and manufacture of test jigs.

Unit manufacturing

Is it possible to create function tests and test jigs?

Is possible. We also propose test jigs for mass production transition to customers who have been responding from the design stage. We also have a track record of designing test programs for manufacturing and shipping tests.

Can you also manufacture cables?

Manufacture can be handled by partner companies.

Is it possible to develop a POC based on the evaluation board?

Is possible. We have a track record of supporting combinations of multiple units, such as designing only software with a combination of USB camera + Raspberry Pi + Wi-Fi module.

Equipment manufacturing

Is it possible to outsource the production of mass-produced products?

Is possible. We manufacture multiple products at domestic and overseas partner companies. We can handle both parts supply and parts procurement.

Is it possible to design the housing?

Is possible. We have design and manufacturing partners for both sheet metal housings and resin housings.

Is it possible to mass-produce small lots?

Is possible. We are affiliated with an EMS partner that can handle a wide variety of products in small quantities.

Is it possible to mass produce products with a particular focus on quality?

Is it possible to procure mass-produced parts?

Is possible. As a semiconductor trading company, we can procure parts from many parts manufacturers.
