1984	October	Head office moved to Minamidairadai, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo
1985	June	Concluded a sales agent contract with PLD manufacturer Altera (California, USA) (Contract with Altera International (Hong Kong) since June 1, 1997) (Discontinued sales agency contract on March 31, 2006)
1986	September	Head office moved to Yoga, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo
1987	February	Started sales transactions with Sony Corporation Atsugi Factory
1987	October	Started sales transactions with NEC Corporation
1990	November	Head office moved to Kamigaga, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo
1994	April	Established Osaka office in Nishinakajima, Yodogawa-ku, Osaka

1998	October	Acquired 52.1% stake in Alpha Electronics Corporation located in Suita City, Osaka Prefecture, with the aim of expanding the trading area to western Japan

2000	June	Acquired 100% of the shares of Spinnaker Systems Corporation,located in Chuo-ku, Tokyo
2004	December	Canceled over-the-counter registration with the Japan Securities Dealers Association and listed its shares on the JASDAQ Securities Exchange

2006	May	Acquired 100% stake in NS Microelectronics Corporation located in Minato-ku, Tokyo,for the purpose of strengthening the system solution business that fuses analog and digital
2009	April	Absorbed the wholly owned subsidiary Alpha Electronics Corporation and NS Microelectronics Corporation, Along with this, the Osaka Sales Office was renamed to West Japan Branch
2010	April	Listed on the Osaka Securities Exchange JASDAQ market following the merger of the JASDAQ Securities Exchange and the Osaka Securities Exchange
